- Unopened skincare products in original packaging
- Unopened makeup products with sealed packaging
- Defective or damaged products (opened or unopened)
- Items that don't match description or wrong items sent

- Opened skincare products (unless defective)
- Used makeup products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items returned after 30-day window
